ST is mainly built for high compression with some focus on run time speed. PPM is the algorithm of choice used in development.

Usage:

ST <e|d> [switch] <Inputfilename> <Outputfilename>

e: encode
d: decode

Switches
-n - normal compression
-f - fast compression
-b - best compression

System requirements

2GB RAM
x86 compatible CPU
