• Very comfortable for a compression shirt. It feels smaller than expected and the sleeves over my bicep are tighter than other shirts. The medium was sized up to 41.5' and I measured 41. I should have gotten the large, my bad. I will buy one size larger next time. There is plenty of flexibility in the sleeve and the mesh side is a nice touch. I think that these shirts fit better than the UA shirts that I have. These offer much less restriction in the armpit and sleeve. It's hard to explain but there's more freedom to move your arms. I also like the contoured lower and grippyness to keep it tucked in. I wear these under a police uniform and body armor and have been very happy on hot, summer days. I will recommend this shirt to everyone that I know in the job, they are awesome.
  • I do not write that many reviews. That said, I have owned many brands of compression short sleeve shirts. CompressionZ is by far superior to any of them. The pictures online do not do them justice. The first thing I noticed when unpacking was the quality construction and stitching. The under arm fabric is light and breathable. As soon as you put it on you can feel the difference. The elastic band at the bottom of the shirt grips well. The shirt at no time rode up on me during a 30 minute HIIT workout. In addition to nicely highlighting body contours, I felt a noticeable difference in time to upper body fatigue during the workout. I have a medium build, not huge biceps/chest. For that build, I recommend purchasing the same size as your dinner jacket. If you want less compression, then go a size larger. I wouldn't recommend going a size smaller for 'more' compression. You won't need it. Worth the extra money for sure. I have already purchased one additional and will continue to replace my older shirts with these. Nice job CompressionZ!
  • First off i personally DO NOT recommend getting a size up like other reviewers said, just get what you usually wear.I am 180lb 5'5 athletic build (powerlifter), not lean or fat.Initially i purchased two large because of reviews telling me to size up then bought a medium to try for my third shirt and it felt what compression should (at least to me!). How some reviewers who weighs less than me saying a large is too tight for them is beyond me.Helpful1 comment Report abuse
  • I pulled a muscle in my shoulder and it was impractical for me to completely immobilize it. I did my best to limit movement but found it impossible to prevent disturbing the initial injury. The long story short is that the compression provided by this shirt was phenomenal! For my situation it provided the perfect amount of restriction needed to help the muscles and ligaments involved in the shoulder joint to heal. The compression is "severe" but not uncomfortable. I wear it several hours per day without any negative consequences. I am 6'2 and 210 lbs. The large was a great fit for me. Note that it's a really tight fit! That's what made it a perfect fit for me and my situation.
  • There are some benefits that the seller failed to mention. This can be worn as a tee shirt for additional warmth on cold days. Its comfortable enough to sleep in. I wore this shirt for 18 hours of active time without feeling any discomfort. Then I ordered a second shirt. Keep in mind this is a COMPRESSION shirt. The medium size fits rather tight on a 40 inch chest and is long enough to cover your hips. It actually fits like a tight wet suit with the benefit of breathable material.
  • This compression wear by CompressionZ is a great find. I took a chance ordering one because I had never really worn compression clothing, nor had I ever heard of the brand - simply put, they nailed it.The compression feels great
  • I wear compression shirts for working out and even under my regular clothes to make me less lumpy. These are by far the best I have found on amazon. And I have tried a bunch of brands. Tesla is good but this is a little thicker and maybe a little better quality. I like them pretty tight. I usually wear a large in compression but I went down to a medium and I like the fit.
  • This brand is great for the muscle shirts or sleeveless shirts. They have the elastic band to avoid riding up like others tend to do, and they do fit tight which is generally why you buy these in the first place. Also great for the "Heavier" person to appear slimmer with these shirts. (Sleeveless Recommended over Muscle design though) They are Tight. I use them for good support for my back, in which I tend to maintain poor posture that tends to make my back pain worser than it already is. These help with that. These are the better brand in my Opinion over the other competitor shirts.
